Sequoia Red
- Our flagship beer, deep red with the perfect blend of hops and
malt. Don't be fooled by its dark color, this is a light bodied,
easy-drinking beer.I.P.A.
- India Pale Ale. Medium to full body, highly hopped, high alcohol
content and copper color. Brewed to last the journey from England to
India, it traditionally contains a high amount of hops and alcohol to
preserve the beer.
German Wheat - Medium body
and lightly hopped. Blonde opaque color. Brewed with the traditional German style yeast that gives it
the banana and clove taste.
Pilsen Ale
- Golden blonde in color, this light
bodied ale has a crisp lager-like character. Dry but slightly fruity
palate, low hop aroma and bitterness. A perfect beer for anyone who
is seeking a light ale for a transition from lagers.
Honey Wheat Beer
- Light body, lightly hoped and blonde in color. This beer has a
slight honey aroma and taste. A nice balanced beer for all.
E.P.A.
- Extreme Pale Ale. Medium body and tons of hops with a
copper color. This is our rendition of a hophead beer.
Sherman Stout
- Many women love this manly style ale. Black and full bodied, this
roasted delicacy is one of the best balanced stouts in the industry.
Like its namesake, this one will be around for a long time.
Possum Porter
- Don't try to cross the road after a couple of these. This almost
black-colored beer has a heavy body and is heavily hopped. It has a
slightly sweet palate with a generous dose of chocolate malt.
Excavator Dopple Bock
- Named after our archeological dig and
Bavarian tradition (any beer ending in -ator is a Dopple Bock style beer)
this is a dark, full bodied beer with low bittering and aroma
hops. It's high maltiness is due to the complex brewing
process. What a way to start the festive season.
